Renewal of Spirit was blended for exactly those moments, to gently clear away emotional heaviness and help you return to yourself.

This is not a dramatic or forceful blend — it is quiet, gentle and deeply restorative. Like a long exhale after holding your breath for too long.

Use it after periods of stress or difficulty, during recovery and healing, when you need to reset and begin again, or simply whenever your mind, body and spirit need tending to.

How to use: Burn on a small charcoal disc, smoulder slowly, use as an offering, carry with you, or simply place as potpourri in your sacred space. As with all incense, burn in a well ventilated area, never leave unattended and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Do not ingest.
