Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cat & Cauldron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling).

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at merrymeet@catandcauldron.store before the cancellation period expires.

Return Conditions

Due to the nature of our products — including incense, essential oils, dried botanicals, herbs, and soaps — we can only accept returns on items that are:

Unused and in their original condition
Unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at merrymeet@catandcauldron.store with photographic evidence. In these cases, return postage will be covered by Cat & Cauldron.
