My Story

Some things are not so much chosen as remembered.

Cat & Cauldron was born from a life lived close to the edge of things: the edge of the land, the edge of the unseen world, the edge of the unseen world, the edge of what we think we know about why we are here.

I am rooted in a heritage that runs deep and wild - Irish, Scottish, Welsh, Norwegian, and Iberian - and a Romany blood that has always known the sacred in the natural world.

That knowing is not something I have only learned through my family practice. It is something I carry. It shapes every product I make, every blend I reach for, every choice I make about what goes into the things I curate and craft.

I trained as an aromatherapist because I believe in the intelligence of plants. Not as a metaphor - as a fact. The natural world holds medicine, memory, and meaning in forms we are only just beginning to understand again.

Sustainability is not a trend for me; there is a responsibility that comes with it. If we take from the earth, we tale with reverence. Everything in Cat & Cauldron is made with that in mind - ethically sourced, carefully crafted.

My spiritual path is grounded in the Law of One - a body of teaching that holds, as its heart, that all things are one. That separation is an illusion. That every act of genuine service to others is an act of service to the whole. This is not a belief I hold at arm's length. It is the lens through which I live, and it is the quiet foundation beneath everything Cat & Cauldron is.

I lost my son Callum in 2024. His light did not go out - it changed form. And in the strange, sacred way of grief, his passing deepened my understanding of why this work matters. We are here briefly. What we leave behind; the beauty we make, the care we offer, the doors we gently open for one another - that is the Great Work.

Cat & Cauldron exists to offer you something made with full intention. Products that honour the earth the came from. Products that carry genuine craft and care, and that hold space for the part of you that knows there is more to life than the surface of things.

You are welcome here.
